Eligibility and Premium Payments
Regular Full-Time (FT) employees are eligible to participate in all of the Group Insurance Plans listed above. Employees who wish to enroll dependents in the medical, dental and vision group insurance plans must pay a portion of the premium.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The CDSDP EAP plan offers confidential and professional counseling and, when appropriate, referral to other services to deal with personal problems, such as chemical dependency, marital or family conflict, emotional upsets or financial problems.
Retirement
CDSDP offers eligible employees a tax deferred 403B retirement plan.
Vacation /Sick Leave/Holidays
Vacation, sick leave and holiday pay is provided to eligible regular full time and regular part time employees.
